Effective 10 October, 2005, Paymate Pty Ltd
(Australian Business Number 91 093 528 002) is licensed by the
Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as an Australian
Financial Services Licensee (Licence No: 290582) pursuant to section
913B of the Corporations Act 2001 subject to the conditions and
restrictions which are prescribed, and to the conditions contained in
this licence and attached schedules.
This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a
financial services business to:
(A) provide general financial product advice for the following classes
of financial products:
- (1) deposit and payment products limited to:
- (a) non-cash payment products;
- (2) foreign exchange contracts; and
- (3) general insurance products; and
(B) deal in a financial product by:
- (1) issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or
